He designed the "stained glass" windows for the Anatomy Museum of the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago (now the University of Illinois at Chicago) under the direction of Rainey Bennett, who was supervisor of the entire WPA project. The project lasted two and one-half years and employed thirty people. After completing the windows, Graham left the project to become head of the poster and silkscreen division of the Illinois Art Project at 433 Erie Street.
