biografische angaben: * Brooklyn, January 15, 1905, † New York City, July 21, 1979. American painter and muralist. Sister of Marion Greenwood (1909—1970).

After absolving the same artistic training in the U.S. and in Paris, Grace Greenwood followed her sister Marion to Mexico in 1933. The texan muralist Pablo O'Higgings arranged a first commission in the Museo Michoacano in Morelia, which shows her addiction to the work of José Clemente Orozco which she knew from publications. Her most important works are the murals in the Abelardo Rodríguez market in Mexico City where she shared a stairway and a upper floor with her sister and with the U.S. sculptor Isamo Noguchi.

Back in the U.S. in 1936, she realised a few FAP commissions, but could not follow up her public artistic work after the 1940s.
